Camaleondesque Display is a type exploration project by @giancarlowong inspired by Mario Bellini's iconic 70's sofa famous for its movable seats and detachable backrests and armrests. The soft corners and its modular structure are mirrored into each letterform in the custom type, which is built from a grid system.

Camaleondesque is a modern display typeface by Gian Wong inspired by Mario Bellini's iconic Camaleonda sofa from the 70's. His lounge piece is well-loved for its movable modules and detachable backrests and armrests. The soft corners, button tufting, and its modular bits are mirrored into each letterform to reflect the sofa's soft and structured look.
